2024 Winter Feast Fundraiser & Silent Auction
Theme: We’re having a Ceili/Cèilidh [pronounced Kay-lee]
Join us for our annual Winter Feast Fundraiser and Silent Auction event on Saturday, February 24th, 2024.
Spend an evening with us for a Celtic Celebration! Spell it Ceili if you’re Irish, Ceilidh if you’re Scottish, it doesn’t matter. They’re both pronounced Kay-lee and they both mean a really fun party. While traditionally along the lines of a Midwestern Barn Dance, we’ll be more sedate at ours with a wonderful social gathering that includes music, storytelling, food and silent auction! So come journey to the Northern parts of the British Isles for a celebration as we count down the days until spring.
Participate in fun activities. Can you match the tartan to the clan or region it came from? Challenge your friends to match them up and see who wins the highland challenge. After that, team up with your table to design your own tartan - but don't forget a clan name!
Joining us for his first ever Siouxland appearance is Gus the Bardic Troubadour. Aka Chris Murphy, he is a one-man-band; enthralling audiences with a spirited mix of Traditional and Modern Irish Folk music. He also performs covers of crowd favorites, as well as what he calls Pub Covers; popular songs, but with an Irish twist.
But wait . . . there’s more! We’re also working on appearances by other long time and well-loved Siouxland Celtic storytellers and songsters.
Come enjoy a Celtic party full of fun, food and frivolity for adults at our new location! This year we’ll be at the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance, an exciting new space with a new layout, a new ambiance but our same community and companionship that Winter Feast is famous for. So throw a tartan on and chase away the Winter blahs.
Age 18+. Themed dress is optional.

6:00 p.m. - The Gathering/Social Hour and viewing of Silent Auction items
7:00 p.m. - Dinner, Silent Auction & Entertainment
Tickets: $50.00 per person; $270 for a table of six.
Tickets available until sold out!
Tickets are WILL CALL by purchaser’s name.

Dinner Roll and Side Salad
Pre meal: Fresh Fruit & Vegetable platters
Beverages: Alcoholic beverages (and non) will be available for purchase at the bar (cash bar).
Silent Auction: The Silent Auction item viewing begins at 6 with the bidding closing at the end of the meal.
