Our cast calendar works like this:
Thanksgiving Day - First day applications are accepted for the next festival
Valentine’s Day - Final day applications are accepted for the next festival
St. Patrick’s Day - Contracts for the festival are sent to accepted acts by the Entertainment Committee
Tax Day (April 15th) - Signed contracts for the festival must be in the possession of the Entertainment Director
May Day - Information Packets for the festival are emailed by the Entertainment Committee
Applications for the 2024 festival are now CLOSED. The submission deadline of 02/14/24 has passed.
Contracts will be awarded and sent out by St. Patrick’s Day - 03/17/24
