Our cast calendar works like this:

Thanksgiving Day - First day applications are accepted for the next festival

Valentine’s Day - Final day applications are accepted for the next festival

St. Patrick’s Day - Contracts for the festival are sent to accepted acts by the Entertainment Committee

April Fool’s Day - Signed contracts must be in the possession of the Entertainment Director (No Joke)

May Day - Information Packets for the festival are emailed by the Entertainment Committee

Applications for the 2026 festival are now OPEN!!

The submission deadline is 02/14/26.

Contracts will be awarded and sent out by St. Patrick’s Day - 03/17/26.
